Athletes today have to work harder than ever to gain an edge on the competition.
Proper athletic training by nature requires the body to perform many skillful tasks
in order to simulate "Game Conditions." Learning how to accurately perform these
tasks requires the services of a certified instructor. This is where we come in!
At Adrenaline Fitness we are constantly researching and developing innovative methods
of increasing speed and developing the functional movement of each athlete. You WILL
be PUSHED, but not just dragged mindlessly through each workout. Athletes will learn
why they are performing each drill and how proper functional movement training will
increase speed, mobility, agility and prevent future injury. Explosive speed and
superior functional movement will help an athlete overcome most any other shortcoming.
Athletes with superior speed will often outperform those of greater height, weight and
even strength. |
